Decennial Abstract Submission Accepted! Patrick O'Donnell, Jason Popovic & Andrew Streifel (University of Minnesota) have been selected for poster presentation at the Fifth Decennial International Conference on Healthcare-Associated Infections (HAI) in Atlanta, GA March 18-22, 2010.
The presentation is: "Trust but Verify - Advanced Methods for Determining Critical Ventilation Efficacy" and addresses measurement methods to establish the effectiveness of air exchange with hospital operating rooms.
World Health Organization Report Focuses on IAQ & Ventilation Systems
The World Health Organization(WHO) recently published a report discussing adverse health effects that occur when dampness and mold contaminate indoor air quality. Patrick O'Donnell, President of Enviro Team, was featured in NADCA's Fall 2009 issue of DUCTALES discussing the importance of the WHO recognizing what the HVAC community has suspected for years.
Patrick O'Donnell, President of Enviro Team, along with Larry Beard, Owner of Beard Marine Group, co-wrote an article on Indoor Air Quality for the March 2009 issue of The Yacht Report. The Yacht Report is the leading magazine for the design, construction, management, ownership & operation of luxury yachts, which is distributed worldwide.
Patrick O'Donnell, President of Enviro Team, was recently featured as a speaker at the Indoor Air Quality Association's 12th Annual Meeting & Indoor Air Expo, February 24, 2009 in Fort Worth, Texas. The presentaion was titled "Assessing Building Thermal Characteristics and HVAC Performance in a Problematic Building" and was attended by Indoor Air Quality Professionals from all over the United States.
Enviro Team was featured in the July/August 2008 issue of NADCA's publication, DUCTALES. Patrick O'Donnell, President of Enviro Team, partnered with NADCA to educate Iowa building inspectors on HVAC restoration.
