Enviro Team conducts due dilligence inspections primarily for commercial property acquistion, and other commercial real estate transactions. Our inspections are based on the US Consumer Product Safety Commission's interim guidance procedures. This procedure is a two step process which requires:
- Step 1: Threshold inspection (visual inspection)
- Step 2: Corroborating Evidence (sample collection)
